Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Chase Asia website and related services provided by Songyuan Zhuya Network Technology Co., Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Chase Asia provides computer systems design, architecture consulting, and engineering services. Service specifics, deliverables, and timelines are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SoW) for each engagement.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, code, and documentation developed by Chase Asia remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, client receives a license for intended use. Open source components retain their original licenses.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements and timely feedback.
• Ensure you have legal authority to enter into agreements.
• Not use services for illegal or harmful purposes.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the engagement. Nondisclosure terms survive termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chase Asia's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply as defined in the SoW.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law principles). Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Songyuan City, Jilin.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
